It comes from years of working in software and seeing the same problems repeat. Lack of experience. Too much complexity. Too many decisions that lead nowhere. Projects treated as delivery work, not something to be understood.
We took a different path. Go deeper into the problem. Understand how the business actually works. Work with people who know what they are doing and care about the result.
The approach is simple. Remove what is not needed. Focus time, effort, and budget on what actually matters. Make decisions that do not need to be undone later.
We are inspired by a time when technology was created with care and intent. When people were involved in what they were building and took responsibility for the outcome.
